It seems that companies are focusing on candidate experiences, on how to make them more positive.
I believe this is a counter – reaction to what we were used to in the past and what is still happening in many companies. Some of the processes are not respectful to their potential candidates. The myriad of candidate experience applications are there to want to solve the problem. But is it really a problem? Kevin argues that it’s not enough to have a “gut feeling” that this is doing better for your brand or that the new employee is more productive long term. This is where candidate experience as well, need to be measured and analyzed to have exact data as to how it really affects the candidates and the workplace.
