L’Oreal receives about 2 million CVs a year. 145 recruiters need to find the “needle in the haystack”. Niilesh Bhoite, Chief Digital Officer in L’Oréal’s global HR department had 2 tasks on his hand when he wanted to integrate recruiting chatbot Mya in his “workforce”.
