How much do we leave up to technology and where can a human can still be helpful in the recruiting process, that is one of the pressing questions these days.
These two ex-Facebook Goggle moguls intend to go much beyond what is being done today. They want to ensure the business is recruiting the right people, based on workforce models crafted from loads of public data and by projecting this model of an ideal workplace on a current company. What needs fine tuning becomes more obvious. Insights will point as to which employees can perform other roles in order to keep them passionate about what they do. All this with eliminating bias. Systems like that are supposed to maximize performance in teh long run.
